Pokemon Scarlet

immortalbanditoI've been playing a lot of Pokemon Scarlet. I'm having a lot of fun. So I am going to post things I like and don't like about the game and I will try to keep spoilers to a minimum, just in case anyone doesn't want spoilers.
Things I don't like: Some of the special trainers talk a lot during battle and it's a bit frustrating, only outfit is the academy uniform (one for each season), cannot turn on battle effects, and the map doesn't have a fixed point (it rotates as you do). Open world (it can be stressful). Gym badges are increments of 5.
Things I like: There are so many new cute Pokemon, previous generation Pokemon also are added, Pokemon Centers and Marts are in the same stall/building, open world (so much exploring), No more HMs, more quests than just become champion. Can change Pokemon names from their summary page, change move set from the Pokemon move page (as long as they learn a move), can trade/link up with friends where ever, Picnics, can buy things with LP or money, trainer customization. You can have a Pokemon out with you.
There is lots of great stuff. And I want to post about my Pokemon scarlet trainer, so that will be in another post hopefully sometime this week. Gonna do a whole character sheet because I think it'll be fun.
